Welcome to Both Minds WebAgent (“the Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Both Minds WebAgent provides AI‑powered automation, chat workflows, tenant‑based backend tools, and integrations to support business operations. Features may change or be updated over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for:

  • keeping your account credentials, API keys, and tokens secure
  • all activity that occurs under your account

If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify Both Minds promptly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service
  • bypass or attempt to bypass security or access controls
  • submit content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or applicable laws

Both Minds may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. AI‑Generated Output

The Service may generate automated responses, actions, or recommendations. You understand and agree that:

  • AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require human review
  • you are responsible for verifying critical information
  • Both Minds is not liable for decisions you make based on AI output

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with your own data‑handling and regulatory obligations.

8. Third‑Party Services and Integrations

The Service may connect to third‑party systems (such as APIs, cloud services, or identity providers). Both Minds is not responsible for:

  • outages or failures of third‑party services
  • changes to third‑party APIs or platforms
  • data loss or issues caused by external systems

9. Fees and Billing

If you use a paid plan:

  • fees are charged according to the plan you select
  • failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access
  • prices and plan details may change, and material changes will be communicated where reasonable

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Both Minds may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • you violate these Terms
  • there are security or abuse concerns
  • you fail to pay required fees

Upon termination, access to your tenant, data, or integrations may be revoked as part of normal deprovisioning.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Both Minds does not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted or error‑free operation
  • that defects will be corrected
  • the accuracy or reliability of AI‑generated content

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Both Minds will not be liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • loss of data, revenue, or business
  • issues arising from third‑party services or integrations

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

13. Changes to These Terms

Both Minds may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
